Here are some of the volunteer positions that need to be filled:
We will have a volunteer sign up table in the Social Hall on the fours Sundays leading up to the event. You can sign up there or email Brenda Kobrin at: [email protected] to volunteer.
Here are some of the volunteer positions that need to be filled:
- Advertising - Working with the Advertising Manager to distribute flyers to advertise the event.
- Silent Auction - Catalog donated items, staff tables on the 2 Sundays prior to the Faire (after services) and during the Faire
(10 am - Noon, Noon - 2 pm, or 2 - 4 pm), call winning bidders after the Faire. - Set Up - Wednesday, Dec. 6, 8 - 9 pm - Pick up and stack chairs after the Wednesday evening service.
- Set Up - Thursday, Dec. 7, 5 - 7 pm - (Need 4 people) Marking off each booth and setting up tables and chairs for vendors.
- Greeters / Door Monitors, Friday, Dec. 8, 3:30 - 7 pm (Need 4 people) Monitor the doors leading into the Sanctuary while vendors drop off / set up their booths.
- Greeters / Door Monitors, Dec. 9 - Saturday 6:45 - 9:30 am (Need 4 people) Monitor the doors leading into the Sanctuary while vendors drop off / set up their booths.
- Cashier - Sell food tickets during the Faire. (7 - 10 am, 10 am - Noon, Noon - 2 pm, or 2 - 4 pm)
- Raffle Runners - Each runner will be given a red apron with pockets, a cute little headband, and a bunch of tickets so that you can "work the room.” (10 am - Noon, Noon - 2 pm, or 2 - 4 pm)
- Provide Food - Provide chili, soups, cornbread and baked goods.
- Sell Food - (8 - 10 am, 10 am - Noon, Noon - 2 pm, or 2 - 4 pm)
- Clean Up - Saturday, Dec. 9, 4 - 7 pm - Sweep floors, reset up Sanctuary & Social Hall
